Enroll in your first Performance Judo class here (for both adult applicants and parents signing up their children) Scroll down, fill out the boxes below and click on the "Send" button. It's that easy to start. Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation e-mail back from Celita to confirm your first class date and time. Be sure your e-mail address is correct. You will be asked to sign a waiver in person at your first class. Parents must sign for children under age 18.
Free Class Eligibility (for adult classes only) 1. If you are an adult non-Performance Academy individual wanting to try judo for the first time to see if it is right for you, then you are eligible for a free class as a trial basis. In your free class you will be allowed to participate in the general class format. You will learn basic break falls, basic holding technique and be able to participate in the class instuction of the day. However, for your protection you will be asked to just observe the tachi-waza rondori (standing sparring). Once you decide to join Performance Judo Academy you will be matched with a experiened member or instructor who will guide you through the randori experience.
2. If you are a Kokushi dojo student, you are welcome to attend Performance Judo Academy for a free class. Just indicate in the "Additional Info" box that you are from Kokushi dojo. There are no participation restrictions on Kokushi members, just happy to see you!
Performance BJJ Members If you are enrolling to fullfill your judo class requirements please indicate in the "Additional Info" box that you are a Performance BJJ Member so that you receive credit. Performance BJJ Members will progress in class much more quickly and will be sparring on their first day. Single session fees or discount package fees apply.
